I must add that our first stop has always been Hayloft fabrics.

Selvages in the mail!
Pat, who has been sending me
her selvages for a few years,
surprised me with these beauties last week!
The best part is that I met her Friday
at the Quilt show in Lancaster!
I was wearing my selvage scarf and
carrying my selvage tote.
I turned around, and this woman said
"Jill, is that you?" "I'm Pat"
It was priceless!!
I'm so glad we finally got to meet!

Quiltfest!
Not a great photo,

My friend Doris Facebook messaged me the other day,
inquiring if I wanted to join her at Quiltfest Sunday.
It took a nano second to say yes!
It was a nice show with some lovely quilts to look at.
I managed to leave with some fat quarters.

The cowl has arrived!

It is too big to wear draped on my
shoulders as planned,
but I tried wrapping it around my neck
twice and it looks amazing!!!!

Cowl!
It hasn't arrived yet, but
here is a sneak peek at the cowl
my wonderful sister-in-law
Becky knitted for me!
She lives in WI,
so we "shopped" together for the yarn online,

and she made it in no time.
She says it is more purple than the picture shows.
I can't wait to see it!
