Adventures of a Novelty Fabric and Selvage Obsessed Quilter

Glad you stopped by!

I am a busy wife and the mom of 19 year old twins, a boy and a girl who are Sophomores at Syracuse University.

I have been quilting since the spring of 2008. I love novelty fabrics, colorful and unique.

Selvage quilting is addictive! Who knew the "junk" we cut off and threw out would be what I now save! I started a new tradition when I travel--visiting quilt stores! I particularly enjoy going to stores that have been named in the Quilt Sampler Featured Shop Lists-

  3. Jill,
It looks like you found a great friend in Jenny who loves to share- she knows that you will create something wonderful with it.

Do you remember when you posted about the science/math school fabric that is called punctuation. I found some on a site that I won a gift certificate - I chose a yard of it so now I have a piece to play with- funny how things like that turn out. When I look at it it makes me think of you and your terrific blog.
    Have a lovely weekend.
    Regards,
    Anna

  4. I am so jealous! I've made one selvage wallhanging...and it seems like it takes FOREVER to save up more selvages! I figure by 2012 I'll have enough for another project!
