Glad you stopped by!

I am a busy wife and the mom of 19 year old twins, a boy and a girl who are Sophomores at Syracuse University.

I have been quilting since the spring of 2008. I love novelty fabrics, colorful and unique.

Selvage quilting is addictive! Who knew the "junk" we cut off and threw out would be what I now save! I started a new tradition when I travel--visiting quilt stores! I particularly enjoy going to stores that have been named in the Quilt Sampler Featured Shop Lists-

The Aloha Quilt


I requested the latest book in the series at my local library.
I was notified today that it is available and being held for me.

I'd love to know what you think:

Have you read this series of books?
Do you have a favorite?
Have you/ would you read them out of sequence?
Any thoughts are welcome and appreciated!

    It's been a few months since I read one! I have definitely read out of sequence with no problems. A little curiosity maybe but it didn't hurt the story I was reading. I have not read ALL of them. Hope you enjoy this new one!

    I have read them all and just finished this one yesterday. I definitely recommend that you read them in sequence. They will make a lot more sense that way.

    I have read all of her books except the Aloha Quilt book. You don't have to read them in order. They were most enjoyable.

    I have read just about all of her books and really enjoyed them . I have read most of them out of sequence except the ones about the elm creek quilters and how it started. I started with Quilter's Apprentice, then read Round Robin and The cross Country Quilters, a friend lend them to me then I was hooked but after that it was when ever I could get them at library,it didn't really matter that much after the first three because I had the basics
    I haven't read that one I hope you enjoy. Write a report.

    HI Jill,
    I have enjoyed everyone of the series- While you don't have to read them in order- the story does have a continual thread line. I have read The lost quilter and am on the list for the new one that you have posted here.

    You may want to check out the Benni Harper mysteries by Earlene Fowler if you like this series. The Benni series does need to be read in sequence - there are about 10 of them and I have forgotten which one came first.
