I have been searching for a new beef stew
recipe, and tried this tonight-
(food network photo, not mine)
I made a few slight changes, mostly leaving
out the sundried tomatoes and not dredging the meat in flour,
and the whole family LOVED it!
I am not a red wine drinker, so I picked up a bottle of
Sutter Home Red
at Sam's yesterday, and it worked out well!
